Lithuanians are a selection without much expression in international football and they usually do mediocre results. They are not an amateur level selection, but within the professional level, they are quite weak.

There are some players playing in the first divisions in teams from the east, but overall they are a weak selection. In this League of Nations they lost to Serbia at home 0-1 and 2-0 in Montenegro.

In spite of the defeats, they gave some work to the selection of Serbia that has good team and good players. They defended well and made life difficult for the Serbs.
