Last year, the manipulation scandal around the Albanian top club Skenderbeu Korca caused an earthquake in European football. Qarabag Agdam – Statistics & Current Form
Qababag Agdam is the new figurehead of Azerbaijani football and has ended the dominance of Neftchi Baku. Six championships in a row ensure clear conditions in their own country. Qarabag is currently only one title away from being equal to Neftchi Baku, the current record holder. Qarabag has also been able to prove its strong national achievements on an international level: Qarabag has spent five of the last six seasons in the Europa League group stage, and in the 2017/18 season even made it into the group stage of the Champions League.
